The SmartAX MA5698 is a 1-U high indoor box-shaped optical network unit (ONU), It applies in fiber to the mobile base station (FTTM) scenarios.The MA5698 supports two GPON/GE uplink ports,GE and E1 pots for service port.
As an access device for base station radio backhaul,the MA5698 receives base station data using a GE or E1 port and transmits data upstream through the upper-layer network, implementing the base station private line service.
