A: ActForNet supplies all Huawei order-able products, such access/transport/server/storage/switch, etc. We also sell Huawei cellphones/tablets/laptops (https://consumer.actfornet.com/) and products from other vendors (https://www.actfornet.com/vendors).

Q: What countries do you ship to?
A: We ship to USA and Canada only.

Q: What is the lead time?
A: Lead time usually is around 2-3 weeks (delay might occur due to Statutory holidays in China).

Q: How can I get a quote?

A: Please email us at [email protected] or [email protected] to get an official quote; we will get back to you within one business day. If you click “request a quote” on our website, please make sure you leave your contact info so that we can reach you.

Q:What is the product condition?
A: Every item we sell is brand new. Most items are manufactured after we receive your payment and submit your order to Huawei. *Lead time includes the production process.

Q: How can I pay for my order?
A: We will send you a Proforma Invoice so that you can pay via wire transfer, or a PayPal Link that allows you to pay with your credit card. Please note that there will be a 3% PayPal fee applied.

Q: How do I check my order status?
A: Once your order has been signed off by Huawei, we will send you the contract# and we will keep you updated on your order status via email.
