The SmartAX MA5694S Multi-service Access Module is an outdoor integrated optical network unit (ONU) developed by Huawei for small-cell backhaul service access. It can be deployed in small cells and applies in fiber to the mobile base station (FTTM) scenarios.
The MA5694S can be an MA5694S AB03, MA5694S AG03, or an MA5694S AG04. The difference between the three models lies in port types. The MA5694S supports GPON/GE/VDSL uplink,GE(electrical)pots for service port.
The MA5694S AG03 and AC-powered MA5694S AG04 support power over Ethernet (PoE).
