Swans D1010 were debut in 2004, a classic model of 4inch active multimedia speakers in the past eight years. Following the releases of three editions of the D1010, D1010MKII, D1010MKII 08, HIVI once again exerted the overall improvements and upgrades of D1010 to officially releasing the finale version; a fourth generation of D1010; the D1010-IV.


Swans D1010-IV is the ultimate of the accumulated previous third generation products and the integration of all of their superiority. The design is not only adopting a sense of hi-tech but being well in line with the acoustic principal. Its interior structure, drivers and amplifier circuits are superb with fully upgraded. D1010-IV is the true classic and final version of the D1010.


The shape and structure of the speaker front baffle design is often easily being overlooked and yet is an important feature. Since the beginning of Swans D1010MKII 08 edition emerged, HIVI continuously upgrading and improving the sound from the front baffle to the level of perfection. Firstly, the application of D1010-IV intricate acoustic design of the front baffle integrates in high degrees with the front panel as a whole. Both sides of the irregular edges work to reduce distortion. The new horn tweeter and low-frequency diffusion effectively enhance the sound quality, allowing the sound wave to focus within the prime listening region to the audiences, sending crystal clear and distinctive sound that is pleasing to the ears. The built-in double molded port-tube makes the cabinet more robust, which naturally decrease the low frequency distortion and increase the clarity and pureness.
