These drives include Intel SSD DC P3700 (for more write-intensive applications) and P3600 (for mixed workloads). Intel Data Center family P3600 series drives are designed to avoid performance bottlenecks and NV ME-architected PCIe interface controller that has an interface latency some six times faster than 6Gbps SATA SSDs, and they promise increased processor utilization with scalable capacity and performance backed by 5-year warranty. The AIC form-factor conveniently fits in half-height, half-length slots.
