Stress generally ruins everything. This is a thing that negatively affects literally everything in a person’s life, and, of course, both physical and mental health.

I think you just need to find some proven ways to cope with stress. It is unlikely that anyone will be able to completely eliminate stress from life. I don’t know if you know this condition when you are so tired that you can’t sleep? I think the cause of my insomnia is stress, so I should deal with that first.
